Dedicated Marketing Team
An agency account is shared: the person running your campaigns runs several others, and your work waits its turn. A dedicated team is a small group of named people who work on your business and no other.
They join your planning calls, use your task board and learn your products as an employee would. You decide what they work on each week. We employ them, equip them and step in when someone is ill or leaves.
A team gives you capacity and skill. It does not give certainty. We cannot promise rankings, leads, sales or a return on the fee, because markets, platforms and customers are outside anyone's control.

Who can be on the team
Teams are usually two to four people. You choose the mix and can change it as priorities shift.
SEO specialist
Audits the site, plans pages with the writer, watches Search Console and briefs developers on technical fixes.
Paid media specialist
Builds and maintains campaigns in your ad accounts, reviews search terms and keeps conversion tracking accurate.
Content writer
Interviews your staff, drafts articles, product pages and emails, and keeps published material up to date.
Social media manager
Plans the calendar, prepares posts for each network and handles comments during agreed hours.
Designer
Produces advert creative, landing page layouts, social graphics and simple video edits.
Analyst
Maintains tags and dashboards and answers the question of what happened last month and why.
Getting a team started
You speak to the actual people before agreeing to anything.
You describe the work
Which channels, what is already running, which tools you use and the hours you need covered.
We name the people
You receive the names and backgrounds of the individuals we propose and talk to each of them.
A small first task
Something real and limited, such as an account audit or a month's content plan, so both sides can judge the fit.
Access
You invite each person to your accounts with the lowest role that lets them do the job.
Weekly rhythm
A planning call at a time that overlaps with your working day, and a written summary at the end of each week.
How this differs from the alternatives
Three common ways to get marketing done, and where each one strains.
Hiring in-house
Gives full control and deep product knowledge. Recruiting takes months, and one person rarely covers search, paid media, writing and design equally well.
A conventional agency
Brings range and process. Your account competes with others for attention, and the work often sits in the agency's own accounts.
Freelancers
Flexible and often excellent. Coordinating several of them becomes a job in itself, and cover during absence is your problem.
A dedicated team
Sits between these. You direct the work as you would with staff, without employing anyone, and we handle continuity. You still need someone to set priorities.
What is agreed in writing
These points are in the agreement signed before the team begins.
- All work product belongs to you
- Every account is opened in your name
- Confidentiality covers each team member
- Either side may end the arrangement at the close of a month
- A replacement is arranged if someone leaves, and you approve the person
- Work is tracked in your project tools, not ours
- Handover notes are written when the engagement ends
- No results are promised, and none are implied by the fee
Before you decide
Do the team members really work for us alone?
Yes. A person assigned full time to you has no other client. If you take someone part time, we tell you so and you know their days.
What hours do they keep?
They work India time. The overlap with your working day is agreed at the start and written into the plan.
Can we change the size of the team?
Yes, from the following month. Adding a role takes as long as it takes to find the right person, and we say how long that is likely to be.
Who manages them day to day?
You set priorities. One team member acts as lead and is your first contact, so you are not coordinating each person separately.
What if someone is not good enough?
Tell us. We would sooner replace a person early than have you put up with poor work. You approve whoever comes next.
Is there a minimum term?
No long contract. The arrangement renews monthly, and the notice period is stated in the agreement.
List the roles you are missing
Say which skills you lack, what is running today and how many hours a week you have in mind. We reply within one business day with the people we would suggest.
