Dedicated Servers and GPU Servers for Private AI in the UAE

Some workloads should not share a machine: a database your business depends on, an ERP under heavy load, or an AI model that must answer questions without sending them anywhere else. For those, you need a whole server — and increasingly, a GPU server. We design, deploy and manage them for you.

Where your servers can run

• UAE data centres. Dedicated servers in established UAE facilities run by third-party providers. The facility is named on the quote before you order.
• UAE cloud regions. The AWS Middle East (UAE) region offers GPU servers — including NVIDIA A10G, L4, L40S and H200 — and whole-machine “bare metal” servers. Microsoft Azure UAE North lists GPU servers including NVIDIA H100, H200 and A100 and AMD MI300X.
• In-country AI compute. e& and Core42 announced on-demand GPU compute with in-country data residency in July 2026.

GPU capacity differs by type and changes over time, so we confirm availability for your configuration at the time of ordering. The servers run on your own cloud account or in your name wherever possible, so the infrastructure stays yours.

Private AI on your own hardware

Running an open-weight model on your own GPU server means questions, documents and answers never leave infrastructure you control. As a general guide:

• A 7–8 billion parameter model — enough for many support and search assistants — runs on a single 24 GB GPU for modest traffic.
• A 70 billion parameter model needs around 140 GB of GPU memory at full precision — two 80 GB GPUs — or roughly 40–48 GB when compressed, with some loss of quality.
• Arabic. Open models with Arabic support include Jais 2 (8B and 70B), developed in the UAE, and Qwen3.

We size the server from your real workload — users, documents, response time — and add the serving software, the knowledge search and monitoring. This is the foundation of our AI customer support platform.

What “managed” includes

• Operating system, drivers and security updates on an agreed schedule.
• Monitoring with alerts to our team, including GPU health and memory.
• Backups tested by restoring them, and a written recovery plan.
• Firewall rules, individual access with two-factor authentication, and audit logs.
• A second site for anything critical: a single region, or a single building, can fail.

Regulated data

Health information must by default be stored and processed inside the UAE, and banks need Central Bank approval and the customer’s consent to send confidential data abroad. For clients under rules like these, servers, backups and AI processing all stay in-country, and we document where every copy lives.

What we will not claim

We do not own a data centre, and we will not quote uptime figures, tiers or certifications that belong to the facility — those come from the provider’s own contract, which you will see. Sahab AI – F.Z.C’s licensed activities include cloud services and data-centre provision and IT infrastructure.
