Which one is right?
- Most companies: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. The provider runs the mail system; we set it up properly and look after it. Choose the one that matches the documents and tools your team already uses.
- A private mail server suits companies that must keep mail on infrastructure they control. It needs more care — the server’s reputation decides whether mail is delivered — so it always comes with our management.
- Where mail is stored differs by provider and plan. We check it with you before you choose; health and banking companies should read our UAE technology rules guide first.
Keeping it secure
- Multi-factor authentication for every user, with admin accounts kept separate.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC so others cannot easily send mail pretending to be you, with DMARC reports reviewed.
- Attachment and link protection, and clear rules for forwarding mail outside the company.
- Leavers removed the day they leave, with their mailbox kept for the period you choose.
