How We Work: Engagement Models and Commercial Terms
Most of the risk in a software engagement is decided before any code is written: what is in scope, who owns the result, what happens when plans change. This page sets out the four ways we work, the terms that apply to all of them, and what your procurement team can ask us for.
Four ways to work with us

Monthly figures are our published hourly rates × 160 hours, converted from US dollars at the fixed peg of 3.6725 and rounded; the rate for each role is on the home page. Quotes are in UAE dirhams.
Terms that apply to every model
- NDA. We sign yours, or provide ours — whichever your legal team prefers — before you share anything confidential.
- Contract. Our standard master agreement with a statement of work per engagement, or your own paper.
- Intellectual property. Deliverables and their source code are assigned to you on final payment. Any pre-existing tooling we bring is named in the statement of work and licensed to you for the deliverable.
- Third parties. Any third party that would touch your data — hosting, email, analytics, AI services — is listed in the statement of work before it is used, and none is added mid-project without notice.
- Insurance and escrow. Professional-indemnity cover and source-code escrow are available on request and agreed per engagement.
- Change. Scope changes are written down and priced before they are built — no surprise invoices.
Who you work with
Our company in the UAE is Sahab AI – F.Z.C, a free zone company licensed by the Ajman Free Zones Authority (licence no. 57966), Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman. Engineering is carried out with Pwtech in Rajkot and Ahmedabad, India — one and a half hours ahead of the UAE, so the working day covers yours. For procurement teams
- Company documents: a copy of our trade licence and our company profile.
- Security answers: how we handle access, credentials, data and people — see security and compliance. Certification and independent-audit status is given in writing, dated, so that you rely on a document rather than a web page.
- Questionnaires: we answer security and vendor questionnaires as part of procurement, at no charge.
- References: penetration-test summaries for work we have delivered can be shared under NDA with that client’s consent.
