IVR and Call Automation

A missed call is often a missed sale. Call automation makes sure every call reaches the right person, is answered after hours, and leaves a record — in Arabic and English.
What we set up
- Voice menus in Arabic and English. Callers choose a language first, then a department or branch.
- Routing. By department, branch, time of day or caller history, with overflow to a second team or a callback.
- After hours. Opening times, a callback request or a voicemail that arrives by e-mail or WhatsApp.
- Call records in your CRM. Who called, when, which option they chose, and whether anyone answered.
- Voice assistant (optional). Callers say what they need instead of pressing numbers, and simple requests are handled without an agent.
Telephone lines in the UAE
In the UAE, voice over the internet is licensed to e& and du; other providers may offer it only in collaboration with them or with TDRA approval. So your call flows run on a UAE number and line from e& or du, or a service that works with them. Which numbers and features are available depends on your setup, so we confirm the options with the operator before we quote — we do not assume them.
Typical first projects
- A bilingual main menu that replaces a single ringing line.
- Branch routing for a business with several outlets.
- After-hours callback requests that land in the sales team’s list the next morning.
- Missed-call reports, so you can see what the phone line is costing you.
