Dedicated Development Team
Project-by-project outsourcing has a hidden cost. Each new job starts with strangers learning your conventions, and what they learned leaves with them when it ends.
A dedicated team is the same few people every month. They learn your code, your clients' quirks and your way of writing tickets, and they work for nobody else during the hours you have booked. You set priorities. We employ them, equip them and deal with holidays and replacements.

Ways a team can be made up
Hourly rates in US dollars. Mix roles as the workload requires.
A single developer
One full-stack engineer at AED 129 an hour, part-time or full-time, for an agency that needs steady help with builds and fixes.
Front end plus back end
A front-end or WordPress developer at AED 110 and a back-end developer at AED 118, for agencies delivering sites and web applications.
Developers with a tester
A QA engineer at AED 92 checks each ticket before it reaches you, so your own staff stop being the test department.
A product squad
Full-stack, mobile at AED 129 and UI/UX design at AED 103, for a company building one product over many months.
Setting up the team
Workload first
You describe the kind of work, the stack and roughly how many hours a month it amounts to.
Named candidates
We suggest specific people. You talk to each of them and may decline any.
A trial ticket
Each person completes a small first task in your repository. Judge them on that.
Tools and access
Accounts in your tracker, chat and version control, with the permissions you would give a new employee.
Steady state
A written summary every week, time recorded against your tickets, and one invoice at the end of the month.
What a standing team usually handles
A queue of client changes
Small requests from many sites or apps, each too minor for a project and too frequent to ignore.
One product, release after release
Features, fixes and upgrades for a single application, planned in sprints by your product owner.
Overflow in busy months
Extra hands when several launches coincide, reduced again once they have shipped.
Upkeep of older systems
Security patches, dependency updates and monitoring for software that earns money and must keep running.

Ground rules
- Booked hours are spent on your work only
- Overlap with your working day agreed beforehand
- Public holidays in India notified a month ahead
- Planned leave covered or deducted, as you prefer
- All code committed to repositories you own
- Agency clients are never approached by us
- Work for agencies carries the agency's name
- Confidentiality terms signed before access is given
Team or one-off project?
A standing team makes sense when
- Work arrives every month, even if its size varies.
- You have somebody who can plan and prioritise tickets.
- Knowledge of your systems is worth keeping between jobs.
- You prefer to direct people than to buy a finished deliverable.
A project quote is better when
- There is one defined piece of work and nothing after it.
- Nobody on your side can manage day-to-day tasks.
- You need an outcome for a fixed sum.
- Work is so irregular that booked hours would sit idle.
Practical details
Can the team grow or shrink?
Yes. Tell us before the month ends and the change applies from the next one. Adding a person takes as long as it takes to find someone you approve.
What if a team member resigns?
We tell you at once, put forward a replacement for your approval, and arrange a handover between the two while both are available.
Do we manage them, or do you?
You direct the work. We handle employment, pay, equipment and office. If performance is a concern, raise it with us and we act on it.
May our clients meet the team?
Your choice entirely. For agencies the team appears as your own staff, and we make no approach to your clients ourselves.
Will it cost less than hiring locally?
We do not make that comparison for you, since salaries and overheads differ by country and company. Our rates are published, so you can do the sum yourself.
Tell us the roles and the hours
A rough guess is fine, and it can change after the first month. We get back to you within one business day with people to consider.
