We are a small software company in Gujarat working for clients in several countries. The work is varied: a Laravel application one month, a WordPress rebuild or a mobile app the next. You will talk to clients directly and see your work in use.
We hire for the long term and we hire carefully. Below is what the roles look like, what we look for and how the process runs, so you know what to expect before you apply.
The kinds of people we hire
Back-end developers
PHP with Laravel or Symfony, Node.js, Python or .NET. You will own features from ticket to deployment.
WordPress and front-end developers
Themes without page-builder lock-in, custom plugins, WooCommerce, and clean HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Mobile developers
Flutter, React Native, Kotlin or Swift. Publishing to the stores is part of the job, not someone else's.
DevOps and systems
Servers, CI pipelines, backups and monitoring for our clients and for ourselves.
QA engineers
Exploratory testing, test cases and automation with Playwright or Cypress.
Marketing and content
SEO, paid search and writing, measured honestly.
More than a tool list
- You can explain a technical decision to someone who is not technical
- You write things down without being asked
- You have finished something and kept it running afterwards

- You read English well; most clients write in it
How hiring runs

Where is the work done?
Our offices are in Rajkot and Ahmedabad. Arrangements for remote or hybrid work are discussed per role.
Is there an opening right now?
Openings change. Send your details in any case; strong applicants are contacted when a role opens.
I am early in my career. Should I apply?
Yes, if you can show something you have built, however small. We hire for how you think as much as for what you already know.
Will I work with clients directly?
Yes. Developers here speak to the clients they build for. It is part of how we work, and we help you get comfortable with it.
