Personal Branding
Buyers, investors and job candidates look up the person before they reply to the company. What they find is often a profile last edited at the previous job and nothing written since.
Founders and senior professionals usually have plenty to say and no spare evening in which to say it. We supply the time and the editing. The opinions, the stories and the final word on every post remain yours.
A public profile grows slowly and unevenly. We cannot promise followers, invitations to speak, press coverage or business from it. We can make sure that what people find is current, accurate and sounds like you.

Three places to be known
Most people need the first. The second and third depend on your field and your appetite.
LinkedIn profile
Headline, summary, experience and featured items rewritten so a stranger understands in seconds what you do and for whom.
LinkedIn posts
A steady schedule of short pieces: a lesson from a project, a disagreement with received wisdom, a plain explanation of something in your field.
Long articles
Bylined pieces for your own site, a LinkedIn newsletter or a trade publication. We prepare the pitch to the editor; acceptance is the editor's choice.
Speaking proposals
We find relevant calls for speakers, write the abstract and biography with you, and keep track of deadlines.
Talk preparation
Outline, slides and a rehearsal call. The delivery is yours, so the talk is built around stories you can tell without notes.
Podcast and interview briefs
Research on the host and audience, likely questions, and the two or three points you want to leave behind.
How we capture your voice
Ghostwriting fails when it sounds like the ghost. This is how we avoid that.
Opening conversation
A long recorded call about your work, the views you hold that others in your field do not, and the subjects you refuse to discuss in public.
Voice notes
We write down how you speak: sentence length, favourite words, words you would never use, how blunt you are. You correct the notes.
Fortnightly call
A short conversation on what happened recently. Most posts start as something you said aloud on these calls.
Drafts
Posts and articles are built from your own phrases in the transcript. You edit or reject them in a shared document.
Publishing
You post from your own account, or schedule through a tool you control. We never log in as you.
Is this worth your time?
Probably, if
- People buy from your firm partly because of who runs it.
- You hold opinions about your field and are willing to state them.
- You can give an hour a fortnight to talking and approving.
- You are comfortable with the company and the person being linked in public.
Probably not, if
- You would prefer nobody knew your name; a company page may serve better.
- Every post would need sign-off from a committee.
- You want someone else to form the opinions as well as write them.
- You measure the effort by follower count alone.
What stays in your hands
It is your name on the page. These conditions do not change.
- Nothing appears without your approval
- Your password is never shared with us
- Replies to comments and messages are written by you
- No opinion is attributed to you that you did not express
- No invented anecdotes, clients or figures
- No automation tools that break LinkedIn's user agreement
- No engagement groups and no purchased followers
- You can pause for a busy month without penalty
Things people hesitate to ask
Is it dishonest to have help with writing?
Not when the ideas are yours and you approve the text. Speeches and books have long been produced this way. It becomes dishonest when the writer invents the views.
Do you use AI to write my posts?
Transcription is automated. The drafting is done by a person working from your words, because generated text reads as generic and readers notice.
How often should I post?
Once or twice a week is enough for most people. Regularity matters more than volume, and we set a pace you can keep up.
What if my employer has a social media policy?
Send it to us at the start. We work within it, and anything touching company results or clients is cleared by whoever the policy names.
What if I change jobs or stop?
Everything is on your own profile and in your own documents. It goes with you.
