Hire SEO Specialists
Search work is mostly unglamorous. It is finding out that half the site carries a stray noindex tag, that three pages compete for one query, or that a redesign dropped every redirect. Fixing these things is not clever, but it is often what stands between a site and the visitors it should already have.
The specialist you hire works in your Search Console, your analytics and your CMS, all of which remain your property. They report to you, show the evidence for each recommendation, and say clearly what is known and what is a judgement.

Search tasks our specialists handle
Six kinds of request come up again and again. Yours may differ, so send it and we will give a straight answer.
Technical audits
Crawling the site and comparing the result with what the search engine has indexed: status codes, canonical tags, robots rules, sitemaps, redirect chains, duplicate pages and rendering of JavaScript content.
Migrations and redesigns
Mapping every old URL to a new one before launch, testing redirects on staging, and watching the indexing and crawl reports in the weeks after. This is the step most often skipped, and the cost of skipping it shows up soon after launch.
On-page improvement
Titles, headings, internal links and page content matched to what people search for. One page per intent, with overlapping pages merged or redirected.
Structured data
Schema.org markup in JSON-LD for products, articles, organisations and local businesses, validated with the testing tools and checked against what the page visibly says.
Page speed and Core Web Vitals
Working from field data: largest contentful paint, interaction to next paint and cumulative layout shift. Findings go to developers as specific tickets that name the image, the script or the font.
Local search
Google Business Profile setup and upkeep, consistent name, address and phone details across listings, location pages with real information, and a process for answering reviews.
Software used for search work
Recommendations should rest on data you can see for yourself. These are the sources and tools the specialist draws on.

How senior an SEO specialist you need
Search has few certainties, so the levels differ in how well the person separates what the data shows from what is merely believed.
Junior
Carries out defined tasks: writes titles and descriptions, fixes broken links, adds markup from a template, collects keyword data. Works from an audit someone else has prioritised.
Choose when: you have a plan already and need the items on it worked through.
Mid-level
Runs an audit, ranks findings by likely effect, and sees them through with developers and writers. Reads Search Console reports properly and investigates a drop before proposing a cause.
Choose when: the site is established and you want steady, documented work with monthly reporting.
Senior
Plans a migration, diagnoses a sudden loss of visibility, and decides what not to do. Can explain to a developer exactly what to change and to a director why it matters.
Choose when: you are moving domain or platform, traffic has fallen sharply, or the site is large enough that crawling itself is a problem.
The path to a first set of fixes
Share the site and the concern
Send the domain, the platform it runs on and what prompted you to look for help. Read-only Search Console access lets us answer with facts.
Talk with the specialist
We name one person and send their profile, and you hold the conversation with them directly. If the match is not right, tell us and we offer another.
An audit or a single fix first
A small opening job, such as a crawl audit of one section, gives you a sample of the reasoning and the reporting before anything longer is agreed.
Month by month
Changes are made in your CMS and tracked in your tools. Search Console and analytics stay in your ownership. Expect a weekly summary and one invoice per month.
Is hiring an SEO specialist here the right call?
We are a good choice when
- You are planning a redesign or platform move and want the redirects and indexing handled properly.
- Organic visits dropped and nobody can explain why.
- You have developers and writers but no one directing them on search.
- You are an agency that needs search work done under your own brand.
Look elsewhere when
- You want a promise of first position, or of any position. Search engines decide rankings, and anyone who promises one is guessing or misleading you.
- You want links bought or built in bulk. We do not do it. It breaks search engine policies and the penalty lands on your domain.
- You need results within a few weeks. Changes take time to be crawled and assessed, and paid search is the better tool for a short deadline.
- Nobody is available to implement changes on the site and we would have no access to do so ourselves.
What to know before paying for SEO
Can you get us to the top of Google?
We cannot promise any ranking. Positions are set by the search engine and shift with competitors, algorithm updates and the location of the searcher. We commit to specific work, such as fixing crawl errors or rewriting thin pages, and report what happened afterwards.
How long before we see a change?
Technical fixes can show in Search Console within weeks once pages are recrawled. Gains from new content and earned links usually take months, and some work produces no visible gain at all. We say which category each task falls into.
Do you build backlinks?
We do not buy links or use link networks. We help earn them: content worth citing, requests to link existing mentions, and listings in relevant directories. The number of links earned cannot be predicted in advance.
What do you do after a Google algorithm update?
We compare affected pages against unaffected ones, check timing against the announced rollout, and look for technical causes first. Sometimes the honest conclusion is to wait, and we say so instead of inventing activity.
Who owns the accounts and the work?
You do. Search Console, analytics and the CMS are yours, and we are added as users. Audits, keyword research and redirect maps are delivered into your shared drive and fall under the ownership terms in the agreement.
What if the specialist becomes unavailable?
A replacement is arranged and put to you for approval. The audit, the task list and the change log are kept in your tools, so the work carries on from the written record.
Send the domain and the question
Give us the site address, the platform and what you are worried about or hoping for. We reply within one business day.
