Hire Digital Marketing Specialists
Many marketing accounts share a problem that comes before any campaign: nobody is sure the numbers are right. Conversions are counted twice, a form fires no event at all, and last month's report cannot be compared with this month's. A generalist marketer begins by fixing measurement, because every later decision depends on it.
The specialist you hire works across channels, inside your analytics, advertising and email accounts, and reports to you. Those accounts stay in your name. We are given access, and that access is removed when the engagement ends.

Where a marketing generalist spends the week
Six areas account for most of the work. Tell us if yours is something else and we will say whether it suits us.
Measurement setup
GA4 properties, Google Tag Manager containers, conversion events, consent mode and UTM conventions. The aim is one agreed definition of a lead or a sale that every report uses.
Channel planning
Deciding where effort and budget go: search, paid media, email, social or partnerships. The plan states the assumption behind each choice so it can be checked against results after a quarter.
Email and CRM programmes
Welcome sequences, abandoned-basket emails, re-engagement and newsletters. Includes list hygiene, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and unsubscribe handling that meets the law where your readers live.
Landing pages and conversion testing
Pages built for one audience and one action, then tested. We run A/B tests only where traffic is high enough for the result to mean something, and say so when it is not.
Campaign coordination
Making sure the advert, the landing page, the follow-up email and the sales script say the same thing, launch on the same day and carry the same tracking.
Monthly reporting
A short report that leads with what changed and why, followed by the figures. It includes what did not work, which is usually the most useful page.
Platforms the specialist will use
Your accounts, your data. The specialist works inside whichever of these you already have and recommends an addition only when there is a gap.

Matching seniority to the direction you can give
In marketing the levels differ mainly in judgement: who decides what to do next when the numbers are ambiguous.
Junior
Carries out defined tasks: builds email campaigns from a template, schedules posts, tags links, pulls figures into a report. Needs a plan written by someone else.
Choose when: a marketing manager on your side sets priorities and checks the output.
Mid-level
Runs a channel or two independently, sets up tracking, reads the results and proposes the next test. Explains a drop in the numbers with evidence.
Choose when: you know which channels matter and need someone to run them week to week.
Senior
Sets the plan across channels, decides what to stop doing, and tells you when a budget is being wasted. Comfortable presenting to directors and being questioned on the figures.
Choose when: there is no marketing lead in the business, or several channels are running with nobody joining them up.
How an engagement begins
Explain where you are
Tell us what you sell, who buys it, and which channels you use now. Read-only access to analytics tells us more than a slide deck.
Interview the specialist
We propose one named person and send their profile. You talk to them directly, and if they are not suitable you ask for an alternative.
Start with a bounded task
A tracking audit or one campaign is a sensible opener. It produces something useful and shows how the specialist thinks before you commit further.
Weekly notes, monthly invoice
The work happens in your advertising, analytics, email and CMS accounts, which remain yours throughout. You get a written update every week and a single invoice at month end.
Is a marketing specialist from PWTECH a fit?
We are a good choice when
- You have several channels running and no single person who understands all of them.
- You suspect your reports are wrong but cannot say where.
- You want to see the working behind each recommendation, not only the conclusion.
- You are an agency that needs extra hands on client accounts under your own brand.
Look elsewhere when
- You want a promised number of leads, sales or visitors. We cannot honestly commit to outcomes that depend on your market, your product and your prices.
- You would like us to own the advertising or analytics accounts. They must be yours, so you keep the history if we part ways.
- The product or the offer is still undecided. Marketing cannot fix that, and paying for traffic before it is settled wastes money.
- You need someone at your premises for events and in-person work.
Answers on scope, access and results
Can you promise a number of leads?
No. Results depend on demand for what you sell, your prices, your competitors and how quickly enquiries are answered, none of which we control. We commit to the work, to honest measurement and to telling you early when something is not paying back.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. Advertising accounts, analytics properties, email lists and the CMS are created under your business and we are added as users. When the engagement finishes you remove our access and keep everything, including the campaign history.
Does your fee include advertising spend?
No. The fee covers the specialist's time. Media spend is charged by each platform to the payment method on your own account, so you see every amount directly.
How soon will we see results?
It varies by channel, and we will not name a date. Paid campaigns produce data within days, though early data is noisy. Search visibility and email lists grow over months. The first report states what can reasonably be judged so far and what cannot.
How do you handle consent and privacy rules?
Tracking is configured to respect the consent choices your visitors make, and email goes only to people who agreed to receive it. Which laws apply depends on where your customers are, so your legal adviser has the final word.
What if the specialist moves on?
We arrange a replacement, and you approve them. The plan, the tracking notes and the campaign history sit in your accounts, so the next person reads the record instead of starting again.
